Kasuka slid the soup in his mouth, pulling the spoon on of his mouth when his lips closed. He was pretty used to feeding others, when they were younger he’d had to help feed Shizuo several times when in the hospital.
Izaya swallowed the soup quickly, before smiling, his eyes shut tight. He was no longer used to even eating, but it tasted amazing~ ahh, he would have to thank Kasuka a lot.
When Kasuka heard him finish that bite he held up another spoonfull.
